Quest/low level item scaling for HM?
One thing that sort of bothered me about HM is that the quests and things like collector items and other stuff that is meant to drop in lower areas don't scale. You get higher end items from HM areas, but your still picking up 5 gold collectables, plus quests can be alot harder, but you get the exact same reward, no real reason to do them in hard mode. MIght be fun if there was a bigger reward if you accept a quest and chose to do it in hard mode *like better exp/faction rewards/gold nothing that would unbalance too much for those that beat in Normal*
